２ 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であっても、契約締結のため
に必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別
の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当
しない者であること。
(3) 厚生労働省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)
「役務の提供等」のＡ、Ｂ又はＣの等級に格
付され、九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有
する者であること。
(4) 借入物品に係る迅速なアフターサービス・
メンテナンスの体制が整備されていることを
証明した者であること。

the tendering procedures : Suppliers el-

tender are those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-

under Assistance that obtained the cons-
ent necessary for concluding a contract
may be applicable under cases of special
reasons within the said clause;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget,Auditi-
ng and Accounting;
③ have Grade A,B or C in“Service Offer”
for participating in tenders by Ministry
of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qu-
alification for every ministry and agen-
cy) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region;
④ prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid response for maintenance
of the procured service.
