調達情報検索

　調達ポータルに登録されている調達情報を検索することができます。
　また、ログインをしている場合、直近に参照した調達情報を表示することができます。

調達情報の検索画面

　トップページやメニューから遷移した場合の調達情報検索の初期表示画面です。

  • 検索条件の設定
    　調達情報の検索条件を設定します。

    　※[類義語含まない]を選択したとき、調達案件名称の指定においては、スペース（空白）で区切って複数のキーワードを指定すると、すべてのキーワードを含む調達案件名称が検索対象になります。

    　※[類義語含む]を選択したとき、調達案件名称の指定においては、画面入力された検索キーワードおよびその類義語キーワードを含む調達案件名称が検索対象になります。
    検索実行
    　[検索]ボタンをクリックすることで、設定した検索条件で調達情報が検索されます。

  • 最近確認した調達情報
    　ログインをしている場合、直近に参照した調達情報が初期表示されます。
    　調達案件番号は政府電子調達システム（GEPS）にて調達される案件のみ表示されます。
    公告本文・訂正公告・取消公告ボタン
    　各ボタンをクリックすると、調達情報の詳細画面へ遷移し、調達情報の詳細を確認できます。
    　資料提供招請、意見招請、調達実施案件公示、落札実績に関する公示（訂正、取消を含む）が存在する場合に表示されます。
    　ボタンがグレーアウトされている場合、該当の調達情報は公開終了日を過ぎているため、クリックおよび詳細の確認ができません。
    入札ボタン
    　[入札]ボタンをクリックすることで、政府電子調達システム（GEPS）に遷移し、入札業務を実施することができます。
    　調達実施案件公示が公開中であり、調達案件番号が表示されている案件の場合に表示されます。
    契約ボタン
    　[契約]ボタンをクリックすることで、政府電子調達システム（GEPS）に遷移し、契約業務を実施することができます。
    　ログインしているユーザが落札した調達案件の場合に表示されます。

調達情報の検索画面（検索後）

　[検索]ボタンをクリックし、検索結果を表示した場合の調達情報の検索画面です。

  • 現在の検索条件
    　[現在の検索条件を開く]をクリックすることで、現在の検索条件を確認できます。
    条件を変えて検索
    　[検索条件の項目を開く]をクリックすることで、検索条件を再指定して検索できます。
    検索結果
    　設定した検索条件に合致した調達情報の検索結果が表示されます。
    　調達案件番号は政府電子調達システム（GEPS）にて調達される案件のみ表示されます。
    　また、[類義語含む]を選択した場合、画面入力された検索キーワードおよび類義語キーワードがハイライト表示されます。
    公告本文・訂正公告・取消公告ボタン
    　各ボタンをクリックすると、調達情報の詳細画面へ遷移し、調達情報の詳細を確認できます。
    　資料提供招請、意見招請、調達実施案件公示、落札実績に関する公示（訂正、取消を含む）が存在する場合に表示されます。
    　ボタンがグレーアウトされている場合、該当の調達情報は公開終了日を過ぎているため、クリックおよび詳細の確認ができません。

　[公告本文]・[訂正公告]・[取消公告]ボタンをクリックし、遷移した場合の調達情報の詳細画面です。

  • 調達情報詳細
    　調達情報の詳細が表示されます。
    調達資料
    　ダウンロードURLをクリックすると、政府電子調達システム（GEPS）に遷移し、調達資料のダウンロードを実施することができます。
    入札ボタン
    　[入札]ボタンをクリックすることで、政府電子調達システム（GEPS）に遷移し、入札業務を実施することができます。
    一覧へ戻るボタン
    　調達情報の検索画面を表示します。

Search of Procurement Information

　You can search procurement information registered in Procurement Portal.
　Also, after logged in, you can display the procurement information recently confirmed.

Search of Procurement Information

　This is the initial display screen of procurement information retrieval when transitioning from the top page or menu.

  • Search conditions
    　By entering each search condition, you can search for procurement information that matches the search condition.
    　※When setting the Name of procurement , if you enter multiple keywords separated by space, the Name of procurement that includes all the keywords will be searched.
    Search
    　By entering search conditions and clicking the [Search] button, you can display the search results.
    Recently viewed procurement
    　If you are logged in, the procurement information that you referred to most recently is displayed.
    　Procurement No. is displayed only for items procured by the government electronic procurement system (GEPS).
    Public notice,Correct,Cancel
    　You can go to the Details of Procurement Information screen and check the details of procurement information.
    　The [Public notice] button is displayed when there is a Notice of request for submission of materials, Notice of request for comments, Retrieval of Notice, or Successful bid announcement.
    　The [Correct] or [Cancel] button is displayed when corrections or cancellations have been made concerning a material offer invitation, opinion invitation, public procurement implementation proposal, or successful bid results.
    　If the button is grayed out, the corresponding procurement information is past the publication end date, so you can not click and confirm details.
    Bid
    　You can transition to the government electronic procurement system (GEPS) and conduct bidding tasks.
    　The [Bid] button is displayed if the procurement implementation proposal public announcement is open and the procurement proposal number is displayed.
    Contract
    　The Government Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) screen opens where you can perform contract-related tasks.
    　This button is displayed for procurement contracts won by logged-in users.

Search of Procurement Information (After search)

　This is the procurement information list search screen when clicking the [Search] button and displaying the search results.

  • Current search conditions
    　You can check the current search condition by clicking [Open current search conditions].
    Specify search conditions and search again
    　By clicking [Open Search Condition] and re-entering each search condition, you can search procurement information that matches the re-input search condition.
    List of search results
    　Search results of procurement information that matches the set search conditions are displayed.
    　The procurement No. is displayed only for items procured by the government electronic procurement system (GEPS).
    Public notice,Correct,Cancel
    　You can go to the Details of Procurement Information screen and check the details of procurement information.

Details of Procurement Information

　This is the procurement details display screen shown when clicking the [Public notice], [Correct], or [Cancel] button and making a transition.

  • Details of procurement information
    　Details of procurement information are displayed.
    Document of procurement Download
    　You can transition to the government electronic procurement system (GEPS) and download procurement materials.
    Bid
    　You can transition to the government electronic procurement system (GEPS) and conduct bidding tasks.
    　The [Bid] button is displayed if the procurement implementation proposal public announcement is open and the procurement proposal number is displayed.
    Return
    　The Search of Procurement Information screen is displayed.

調達情報の条件を指定

　調達情報の検索条件を登録しておくことで、検索条件に該当する調達情報がお知らせ情報として毎日通知され、参照することができます。
　電子証明書でログイン後、トップページの「調達情報を探す」から[調達情報の条件を指定]をクリックし、「レコメンド設定の入力画面」にて設定を行ってください。

レコメンド設定の入力画面

　通知のための調達情報の検索条件を入力する画面です。

  • 調達種別
    　通知対象としたい調達情報の調達種別を設定します。
    調達機関（国）
    　通知対象としたい調達情報の調達機関（国）の機関、所在地を設定します。
    調達品目分類
    　通知対象としたい調達情報の品目分類を設定します。
    　品目分類の設定は、調達種別の「資料提供招請に関する公表」「意見招請に関する公示」「一般競争入札の入札公告（WTO対象）」「指名競争入札の入札公示（WTO対象）」「随意契約に関する公示」のみに適用されます。他の調達種別は品目分類が設定されていないことがあるため、品目分類の設定に関わらず、全ての品目分類の調達情報が通知されます。
    　また、品目分類を全選択すると、品目分類が設定されていない調達情報も通知されます。

    　レコメンド設定の詳細画面を表示します。
    確認
    　レコメンド設定の確認画面を表示します。

　レコメンド設定された検索条件に該当する調達情報や入札資格審査の結果、システムメンテナンスなどのお知らせ等を参照することができます。

　あなたに届いている通知を検索する画面です。

  • 絞込ボタン
    　あなたへの通知の種別・未読／既読を選択、またはキーワードを入力し、[絞込]ボタンをクリックすることで、あなたへの通知を絞り込むことができます。
    件名
    　件名リンクをクリックすることで、あなたへの通知の詳細画面へ遷移し、あなたへの通知の詳細を確認できます。

事業者情報検索

　調達ポータルに登録されている事業者情報を検索することができます。

  • 検索条件の設定
    　事業者情報の検索条件を設定します。

    　[検索]ボタンをクリックすることで、設定した検索条件で事業者情報が検索されます。

    商号又は名称リンク
    　商号又は名称リンクをクリックすることで、事業者情報の詳細画面へ遷移し、事業者情報の詳細を確認できます。

事業者情報の詳細画面

　事業者情報の詳細を表示します。

  • 基本情報
    　事業者の基本情報を表示します。
    統一資格情報
    　事業者が保有する資格情報を表示します。
    ①資格基本情報は事業者が保有する統一資格の基本情報を表示します。
    ②資格種類等は事業者が保有する統一資格の資格種類等の情報を表示します。
    ③競争参加地域は事業者が保有する統一資格の競争参加地域情報を表示します。
    ④変更履歴は事業者が保有する統一資格の変更履歴を表示します。
    落札実績情報
    　落札した調達案件情報を年度単位に表示します。
    調達案件名称
    　調達案件名称リンクをクリックすることで、調達案件詳細表示画面へ遷移し、落札した調達情報の詳細を確認できます。

落札実績オープンデータのダウンロード

　調達ポータルに登録されている落札実績オープンデータをダウンロードする機能です。

落札実績オープンデータ概要

　落札実績オープンデータのダウンロード画面を操作するか、ダウンロード用URLに直接アクセスすることで、落札実績オープンデータをダウンロードできます。
　落札実績オープンデータのダウンロード画面では、CSV形式のオープンデータをダウンロードできます。
　落札実績オープンデータのダウンロード用URLでは、CSV形式またはJSON形式のオープンデータをダウンロードできます。

　※データは落札実績情報単位での出力です。ただし、複数事業者が落札した場合は事業者単位で出力されます。

落札実績オープンデータのダウンロード画面

　トップページやメニューから遷移した場合の、落札実績オープンデータのダウンロードの初期表示画面です。

  • 全件データファイル・CSV形式（SJIS）
    　前月末日時点において公表している落札実績情報を、年度別に全件ダウンロード可能です。
    初期表示では直近の５年度分のデータが表示されており、「さらに以前の全件データを表示する」をクリックするたびに、追加で５年度分のデータを表示します。
    差分データファイル・CSV形式（SJIS）
    　日次で新規追加された落札実績情報の差分情報を、日別に過去２カ月分ダウンロード可能です。
    初期表示では直近の５日分のデータが表示されており、「さらに以前の差分データを表示する」をクリックするたびに、追加で５日分のデータを表示します。

　調達ポータルに登録されている落札実績オープンデータを、ダウンロード用ＵＲＬに直接アクセスし、ダウンロードすることができます。
